Presented by the Carmel-Xiangyang Sister City Committee, the City of Carmel Chinese Mooncake Festival presents traditional Chinese dancing, music and, of course, Chinese Mooncakes.
There will be a dragon parade through the Carmel Arts & Design District on Main Street beginning at 6:30 p.m.
