With each Cellar Session, we will meet in Goose the Market’s Enoteca to explore a different wine region of Italy, with its history and culture. We will taste three wines produced in that region, pairing them with artisan food produced and prepared for us by Goose the Market, as well as cheeses and meats originating from the regions of the wines.

This month we will be visiting Campania, the region of Naples, the Vesuvius, Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast: after a sparkling aperitivo, we will taste three wines made from grapes grown on the slopes of the volcano and along the coast since before the Romans:
Fiano di Avellino (Feudi di San Gregorio)
Lacryma Christi Rosso del Vesuvio (Mastroberardino)
Taurasi (Villa Matilde).
All proceeds will benefit the Indianapolis-Monza Sister Cities Committee, a non-profit organization part of Sister Cities International and devoted to the promotion of cultural and business exchanges between Indianapolis and Monza, Italy.
