About this Event
With each Cellar Session, we will meet in Goose the Market’s Enoteca to explore a different wine region of Italy, with its history and culture. We will taste three wines produced in that region, pairing them with artisan food produced and prepared by Goose the Market, as well as cheeses and meats orginating frome the regions of the wines.
Introductory Cellar Session: Tuesday, March 19th, 2019 at 5:30 PM
We’ll start with three “easy” D.O.C. wines for our introduction, two from the northwestern foothills of the Alps and one from the Dolomites region: Erbaluce di Caluso(Piemonte), Dolcetto d’Alba (Piemonte), Schiava (Trentino – Alto Adige).
All proceeds will benefit the Indianapolis-Monza Sister Cities Committee, a non profit organization part of Sister Cities International and devoted to the promotion of cultural and business exchanges between Indianapolis and Monza, Italy.
