  Pongal is a multi-day Tamil harvest festival of South India, particularly in the Tamil community. It is observed at the start of the month Tai according to Tamil solar calendar. Tamil Language is one of the oldest and classical languages in the world. Tamil Sangam of Central Indiana is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization and promotes Tamil Language and Tamil based culture in Indiana. Pongal is the harvest festival and we are celebrating with many activities such as kids drawing contests, various performances in the stage, and authentic South Indian Cuisine.
