Brian Cox

Roche Diagnostics
Senior Director of Talent Management
Brian Cox currently serves on the HR Leadership Team for Roche Diagnostics. He holds his Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources from Bradley University and his MBA from Butler University.  His 25 years in talent related roles includes 17 years with Eli Lilly and Company Pharmaceuticals and Animal Health. Brian currently serves the HR community through roles on the Human Resources Advisory Board for Ball State University, the Indiana State Human Resources Conference Committee and the International Center of Indianapolis. On the personal front, Brian and his wife Sara just celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary and have two daughters, one in high school and one in college, as well as two Australian Labradoodles.


Michael Overdorf

Eli Lilly and Company
Vice President, Corporate Strategy & Business Transformation

Michael Overdorf is currently Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Business Transformation at Lilly.  He leads the development of the company’s global strategy and the implementation of key strategic initiatives. Michael is also accountable for delivering financial savings through continuous improvement initiatives and for helping to develop future leaders for Lilly. Michael received a degree in Economics from Wabash College in 1992 and his MBS from Harvard Business School in 1999.  During his 17 years at Lilly, Michael has held a number of strategic, commercial, and development leadership roles.  He worked in the UK as Chief Marketing Officer and Specialty Care Business Unit Leader of Lilly’s UK Affiliate, worked in Prague where he was the Managing Director of Lilly’s Affiliates in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, and he was the leader of Strategy & Operations for Lilly’s BioMedicines Business Unit. Michael is the former Chair and current Board member of The International Center, was capital campaign co-chair for the Indiana Youth Group, is a member of the Meridian Society for the United Way. Michael and his wife, Amy, live in Carmel, IN and have a daughter who is a PhD candidate at Indiana University.


Dr. Yulia Tolstikov-Mast

Indiana Tech
Associate Professor of Global Leadership

Yulia Tolstikov-Mast, Ph.D., is the Lead Faculty and Associate Professor at the Ph.D. Program in Global Leadership at Indiana Tech. She has relocated to the United States from Russia more 22 years ago. As a consultant for Leadership Across Cultures, she conducts training programs on global mindset and intercultural professional communication. Her research expertise are Russian followership, global followership, global leadership communication, and doctoral education. Dr. Tolstikov-Mast holds Faculty of the Year award for outstanding doctoral level teaching and dissertation advising, and designs and oversees the doctoral curriculum. She teaches global leadership communication course and a range of research courses, including a signature course on applied international research. Dr. Tolstikov-Mast is a recipient of several Lilly research grants on Russian followership and a leadership potential of indigenous Beca-18 students in Peru.


Ersal Ozdemir

Keystone Group
Founder/Chairman

Ersal Ozdemir is the Founder/Chairman of Keystone Group, and Owner of Indy Eleven.Mr. Ozdemir was born in Mersin, Turkey. In 1993, Mr. Ozdemir moved to the United States to attend Purdue University. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering in 1997, he moved to Indianapolis. In 2003, he founded Keystone Group, which has become one of the fastest growing construction and real estate development companies in central Indiana, specializing in luxury mixed-use residences and shops, as well as projects in health care, education, and hospitality, among other sectors. In 2013, Mr. Ozdemir launched Indy Eleven Men’s Professional Soccer, in the hopes of sharing his passion for the international game with Indiana Hoosiers. Indy Eleven has welcomed over 400,000 fans in nearly three seasons of play in the North American Soccer League (NASL), cementing the status of professional soccer in the Circle City. Mr. Ozdemir enjoys traveling, spending time with his wife and their four children, playing soccer and table tennis. He is an active community supporter and a devoted patron of the local arts community.
