Leadership Across Cultures

For many companies, globalization is a goal if it’s not already a reality. As organizations expand their global operations and relationships, the need to improve their global leadership infrastructure is becoming increasingly important.

Leadership Across Cultures is a two-day training program designed to develop cross-cultural leadership competencies essential to being competitive in today’s global market. More information about the 2018 Leadership Across Cultures will be announced soon. Participants will have the opportunity to hear from experts who work in the global arena while also being instructed on practices and attitudes necessary to being successful when working across cultures.
